Lutz trained in Clinical Psychology in Germany. He has undertaken further training in Gestalt therapy with the Gestalt Centre Berlin and The Gestalt Therapy Institute of Los Angeles. He trained in Family Constellations with the Human Systems Institute, Portland, USA and with the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA).
Lutz has lectured in Counselling at The University of Notre Dame Australia (2003 – 2007) where he aimed for a healthy balance between theory and practice.
Lutz works in full time private practice in Albany WA. He is happily married to his wife Sally.
