Preeti Helena, trained in systemic constellations by the developers and leading exponents of this powerful tool: Bert Hellinger; Gunthard Weber; Hunter Baumont and other leading practitioners, has over 20 years of experience in counselling, personal development, meditation and group processes including NLP and personal and team coaching. She is also a trained teacher and life coach.

Recently awarded a masters degree in counselling by QUT for her work on the application of systemic constellations to career issues, Preeti also brings a strong understanding of the IT industry, and the changes it brings to the workplace – having been employed as a ‘change facilitator’, trainer and developer of training material in a number of major IT projects for clients such as: Rio Tinto; CSC; Ord Minnett; the Federal Department of Finance; the Queensland Government and; Brisbane City Council.

Preeti is the founding director of Helena Consulting, a company dedicated to providing technical and team solutions for organisations in change.

Preeti develops customised programs for organisations, leads constellation group workshops, conducts individual face-to-face and over the phone consultations and provides systemic coaching. She also collaborates with other practitioners in the delivery of holistic healing programs such as body image and pregnancy support, incorporating systemic constellations with other modalities.
